MadeValue specializes in custom accessories for pets, birthdays, parent-child keepsakes, and more. Customers can upload images and information, which we use to create personalized products such as keychains, display stands, and bags.
2. Order Cancellation
Due to the customized nature of our products, they cannot be resold once created. Therefore, cancellations are generally not allowed.
However, you may contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the production process has not yet entered the design stage, we will do our best to communicate with the factory and cancel your order on an emergency basis.
3. Refunds and Remakes
We accept refund or remake requests under the following circumstances:

- Printing defects, such as unclear prints or errors in design, size, or material.
- Slight differences between the product and user expectations are eligible for refund or exchange.

- Damage during shipping (requires photographic evidence).
- Lost packages confirmed by the courier service.

- All images and information submitted by customers are used solely for creating custom products and will not be shared or disclosed to third parties.
- We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data.
5. Shipping
- Standard production and delivery times vary based on the product but will be communicated at the time of order.
- For logistics issues, we will coordinate with the shipping provider to resolve the matter and offer a refund or exchange to the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive for perfection, slight variations in color or design due to the customization process will not disqualify products from refund or exchange eligibility.
- MadeValue will assist in resolving third-party courier issues and ensure customer satisfaction through refund or replacement services.
