Return and Exchange Policy
Since our products are customized and highly personalized, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:
1. Product Issues
Product Quality Issues
Includes but is not limited to: visible defects (e.g., cracks, scratches, significant color discrepancies), craftsmanship issues (e.g., uneven seams, printing errors, missing functionality).
Missing or Incomplete Accessories
Includes cases where required items such as packaging accessories, manuals, or additional components were not included or were insufficient, provided this was not caused by human interference (e.g., unpacking or mishandling).
2. Logistics Issues
Damage During Transit
If the product is damaged during shipping, please provide clear photographs or evidence for verification.
Lost Packages
If the package is confirmed lost by the courier service, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Important Notes:
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product and must include supporting evidence (e.g., product photos, courier tracking number).
In cases of accepted returns or exchanges, we will prioritize sending replacements or resolving the issue through equivalent measures. If no replacement is available, we will process a refund accordingly.
